All aboard the struggle bus.

It's really inconvenient to forget to take photos over a weekend when you blog.
Mondays are for slacking off and posting a ton of photos in lieu of words on this empty white space.
Except when you don't take photos & then you are stuck actually coming up with some gibberish to post because your brain isn't fully functioning, even if it is 6:30pm and you just had an extra large hot green tea (TWO teabags!) from Dunkin' Donuts to get you through the night.

What was I saying? Oh right, the weekend.
Sick baby, 4 hour round trip road trip, a walk to the park and housework.
That pretty much sums it up!

On top of a nasty cold, Abigail has about 10 teeth cutting and is in complete agony. It's made for some rough mornings, afternoons & nights around here. We are getting by with a little help from our friends, tylenol (baby) and vodka (mama & daddy).

We spent Saturday in the car, driving to visit our grandparents. It was a lovely visit, but I'm pretty sure Abigail thought it was less than thrilling. After having to pull over to buy a pacifier and clean up a blowout, I finally got my sweet baby to take a nap. And mama got to read a book and eat a donut.

Read book now, start diet later.

Even Maria thought it was funny:

By Sunday, I was more than ready to get some fresh air so we spent our morning walking around the neighborhood. During nap time we did yard work and more pressure washing. I also managed to clean out six, yes SIX junk drawers in our house.
This is the exciting life I live people. I know its overwhelming.
Try not to be over the moon jealous! ;)
